Ok i have a riddle i made up for you guys.

Scenario: There is a man in jail. The man in jail had a visitor. The visitor left and the guard asked the man in jail "Who was that visitor?" The man in jail replied
"Brothers and sisters
I have none.
But that man's father
Is my father's son"

Who was the visitor?

that mans father is my fathers son

so they mans dad.. is jail mans brother.. maybe step brother coz he has no brother os sister

so then if that his step brothers son than it = nephew, that my point of view
