EVENT Ideas and Suggestions

Event ideas:
#1- Asal & Hop Competition: Higher Damage wins, preety simple.

#2- Kill The GM event: GM will use normal itens to they can duel the players and see if someone can kill them who kills the GM wins.

#3- Quest General: I'll make up real flyff quests for people bring me stuff, but not only quest itens, but also food and weaps that drop from such monsters.

#4- Kill The Giant event : 2 Giants will be spawned to each Char and they'll have to kill it in a period of time who kill faster or kills in the right Time wins.

#5- Fashions CS set Contest - GMs will avaliate who have the most beautiful CS set on server that is online and up for the event.

#6- Video Contests: Players will make videos about Survive and post on the Video section to GM's avaliation. The best video wins. The event goes on for 1 week.

#7- SFX contests: Players will have to make new weapons, sets, fashions sets and Shields desings. The best of any categories win. Event goes on for undetermined Time.

#8- Race for HERO : Players will have to make new chars and make them HERO. Who ever gets it first wins a special prize!

#9- Majestic Rainbow Race: This event needs 2 GM's one will go to a destination and announce the Start. The other GM will go with the Competitors to be sure no one use Blinkwing or Cheat Engine.

Survive as long as you can.


Spawn more deadly mobs. U must spawn it at the starting line . up to destination . at the destination. You must spawn very weak mobs and the drop will be Ancient, Ultimate Lusaka Crystal. . Its point of view is to catch the attention of players to become strong so that they can go to the destination.

Last Man Standing.

all players will go to a PK area . and the one who survives . will be the winner . prices is at his choice .

1. Lusaka Crystal Weaps
2. Ancient Weaps
3. 2k Red Chips
4. 20 pcs A Cards .

its point of view is to catch the attention of players to become strong so that they can reach their goals !

Dice Event !

players will go to a place and choose a number what they wants . 1-4 only . After they are already done choosing their numbers. the gm will roll a dice . the number that shows . is the number who wins . until only one survive .

its point of view is to make their heart beats fast and make fun .. ahaha LOL !

The problem of a survival event is the weak can never win while the strong will become stronger winning items until the weak just cant catch up. hahaha.

...with this event...thsi needs talent and a software which is hard to find....
so less ppl can participate here

try to make an event that will tease every one to get stronger till they can...

I observed some unorganized in your server or advantage and this advantage.

Things Must be Change:

1. The Scroll Of Velocity must be deleted in voting or make it on donate items.
Reason: In the game wind card is the speed if they have velocity wind card is useless in the game.
And for me for other job like blade using scroll of velocity is makes the blade useless in the game or guild siege thats too bad.

2. Using wings.boards and bikes inside the arena.
Reason: Arena is place for fighting of each other if they can fly inside the arena they cannot be attack of the player. Its useless of the arena thats why some player want to duel not to enter arena.

3. Using CTRL. To kill the players in the side of arena.
Reason: Side of arena is the safe zone as i know and only in the middle of arena is the fighting place. I want to make it change because I think thats the reason they dont want to fight it the arena.

4. Buff pang must have inside the arena.
Reason: No buff pang in arena is makes useless of arena if u die its makes some time to go town and buff and back to arena.

Try my suggestions and it makes your server good. It makes fair to players what ever job they want in the game. I know you did it because you want to be unique and popular from other server. I want your server because its enjoyable other than server I play thats the most important thing. The enjoyment of player while playing this game.

IM EXPECTING TOMMOROW

LOL ok guys. I do liek some of the events and some others drive me nuts.

I've worked for the past 4 years (2007-2010) on various rose servers admining or GMing them and believe me i know how this whole event thing goes.

First off, the idea behind Survival is a nice idea. make the weak mobs drop ancients? i don't think so. Players all stand in arena and Gm spawns wave after wave of mobs, each wave 10 levels higher, the last wave being General Razguls. just one at first, but each time add one mroe. last one standing wins (or if its a long event, top 3 wins)

Some of my events that i've brought into rose... I'm sharing these because i like to see servers thrive and mroe events always help. These are NOT to be used ANYWHERE but here unless i give permission. i know you're going to steal them and use them, but it was worth a try. That's stealing.

anyway

1. Dragon Hunt Event
-GM spawns a dragon (or int his case, idk, a cannibal mammoth) somewhere in Madrigal, and every 5 minutes he gives a new hint to where he is. First one to kill the mob wins, 3 winners.

2. Scavenger Hunt
-This one gets participated on many servers. I wasn't the only one to come up with it. GM asks for players to find him x amount of an item not in shops, first 3 to bring him win.

3. Escort
-GM is surrounded by an escort of players, and they try to make it to the other side of the arena. Another kill team is stationed in the arena and try to stop them. IF they can kill the GM they get a point. If the GM survives to the end, they get a point. the GM keeps track of the points per player. Each time the GM crosses or is killed, the teams are shuffled to keep it interesting. first 3 players to 5 points win.

I'll just share those 3 for now.

Some other ones that are a lot of fun are obviously HnS and Qna.

3. Bring-Me HnS
-GM hides and broadcasts that he needs an item. First player to get the item then find him wins. e.g. "i need something to light up the darknes... maybe a candle" players go kill the mr pumpkins get a candle then go find him.

4. Sharks and Minnows (i did help come up with this one but it's based off of Red Rover, an event i did not ocme up with)
-the sharks stand in a line in Arena. RANGED UNITS CANNOT BE SHARKS! Minnows go completely unequipped with only speed buff. If they can run to the other side of arena without getting killed they are still minnows. If they die, they joint he sharks. Last 3 standing win

either way, this sin't some cheap way to get ancients. events are fun, not to hand out the best items. you have to earn those. so don't try to tell the GM's to give them to us :p

and as for the designing contest, unless you pirate it, thats 2500 bucks for autodesk and CS5. blender is free but its the stupidest software i've ever used (as is Python). point is this is a fine idea but don't expect wonders.

those prizes are VERY steep <.< the point of events are things that all players (regaurdless of level) can participate in

i'm with him. donate to be pro, don't just beat osme noobs in pk.
